Position Overview:
As a Collections and Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. You'll be the first point of contact for resolving billing issues and updating customer accounts. If you're a strong communicator with great attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Management: Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
- Customer Communication: Manage a manageable volume of inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Data Entry & Updates: Accurately input and update customer information into our systems to ensure the integrity of our records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and maintaining a positive relationship even in challenging situations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven Data Entry Skills: Comfortable and accurate with data entry and updating customer information.
- Phone Proficiency: Must be comfortable and confident communicating over the phone in a professional manner.
- Collections Experience: Prior experience in collections is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications.
